Congratulations to New Sandpoint Realty Agent Monique Couture.  Starting with Sandpoint Realty July 1, 2022 Monique successfully closed her 1st transaction this August of 2022.  There is nothing quite like your first time at anything we do.  Along with that Monique has another ‘1st’ in progress.  A transaction in escrow completely of her own efforts.  Cold calling and prospecting brought Clark Fork home and acreage in as another listing and accepted offer.  Way to hit the ground running Monique.

Weather in North Idaho is easing up no doubt.  But that does not mean you don’t keep your wits about you.  Some winter essentials in the car always a must.  Couple bottles of water, jacket, gloves, basic tools.  Be aware of your surroundings.

Driving North last night from Sandpoint Realty Office I felt as though I was on the ‘Millennum Falcon’ entering into lightspeed.  Only problem was I never hit lightspeed only that look and feel a second before going into lightspeed.
