Sandpoint Realty ‘Friday Flag’ starts off the 4th quarter 2025 clear, bright, and cheerful !

                                                                                                                          Big and Bold to start off the 4th Quarter of 2025 !  Take note also of the clear blue skies along with the clouds.  This last rain put the final touches to beating down the Northern Idaho smokey skies !

North Idaho does not hurt for lack of coffee shops.  This coffee shop is a new endeavor that is not even showing a name yet, but our ‘Stars & Stripes’ are proudly flying.  

Located just off Highway 95 near Culburn Culver, the shop will offer coffee for those who can not wait the 10 minutes until arriving Sandpoint downtown or for those who neglected to stop before leaving downtown.  

Thank you Sandpoint Idaho business for proudly flying our USA Flag and best in the opening of your new business.

Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag – February 7, 2025

Sandpoint Realty ‘Friday Flag’ found in the very sought after Selle Valley area of Sandpoint Idaho.

This flag found while on the way to visit a friend/client in the Selle Valley Idaho.  The snow, fence, gate, cloudy-snowy skies all insisted I stop in order to share a pic with you.  Thank you North Idaho resident for proudly flying our ‘Stars & Stripes’ !

Ironically this shot taken Ground Hog Day.  Like we needed Phil to tell us, in North Idaho to expect another 6 weeks of winter.  lol  Since taking this photo we have had approximately another foot of snow and temps never climbing above freezing.
