Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag extends beyond one of my favorite genres. A short story will explain.
From previous posts, you know I always enjoy seeing a prospective seller proudly flying our Stars & Stripes or spotting the USA Flag while viewing a home with a buyer.
This week’s Friday Flag took that appreciation in a fun and unexpected direction.
While showing homes on the outskirts of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, I spotted a flag flying in the distance, across a field, on an old, weathered-looking barn.
I explained our Friday Flag posts to the couple I was working with and asked if they would mind me stopping to take a few pictures. They liked the idea, and insisted I go back to get the photo featured here.
The fun part came afterward. by them taking it a step further. For the rest of the day, they were pointing out USA Flag photo opportunities themselves!
Being from out of town, they headed home at the end of the weekend. The first text I received from them after arriving home? A photo of a flag proudly flying!
I would say they were officially “all in” on Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag.
And there’s a little more to the story. An offer was written and accepted, and we are now waiting for closing.
