Turned out to be a very good day for both the buyer and seller of this special Priest River Idaho Ranch home. With delays in appraisal the closing date had already been moved once. Signing was moved to Friday July 2, 2021. All knew if everything did not get done by early afternoon Friday it would not be until Tuesday for Recording.
While seemingly not a long time, it would have seemed an eternity for the buyers who were living out of an RV with full family and dogs. The sellers had been working hard for a month and every building was cleared out and cleaned. It turned out the Priest River Ranch Home recorded on Friday afternoon. Please buyers and relieved sellers would start this 4th of July weekend embarking on a new chapter in their lives.
This good ending was the result of a good team working together along with others understanding the importance of good communication, a sense of urgency, and keeping the finish line as the important factor.
