Congratulations to New Keller Williams Sandpoint Agent – Cindy Kramer

This past Saturday I met with Cindy Kramer at Keller Williams Realty Sandpoint office. Cindy is a new Real Estate Licensee and researched what agency she felt she would fit best with. We had communicated a few times about her joining Keller Williams Sandpoint. She had decided to do so and had most of the paperwork signed and filled out. With initial classes and training coming this week, at Keller Williams Coeur D’Alene, Cindy still had many questions. I like questions. They can show one many things just beyond the questions themselves, so I happily met with Cindy at our Keller Williams Sandpoint office.

I have to say right now, CONGRATULATIONS CINDY! A big Kudos on a few different levels. First with Covid-19 paralyzing many people you not only made it through Real Estate school but chose to continue on. Snap decisions are often made, straight out of school, as to where one will work. Cindy asked many intelligent questions prior to us even meeting at Keller Williams Sandpoint office.

A couple key items helped with the final decision. The Education that is available to any agent at Keller Williams. More than 50% of that being free. Keller Williams named #1 in training 3 years, and keep in mind that is against all companies, not just Real Estate Companies.   Secondly the culture of Keller Williams attracted her. A giving company, with founder Gary Keller, always putting the agents as the priority. That expands out from top to bottom. From within company to clients.

And third was the pay. Not only what would be received with the first commission check but what possibilities lay ahead with consistent efforts. I must chuckle when thinking back at my Keller Williams decision. Many touted the pay and the company to be a pyramid scheme and that I would surely regret my decision. I am still with a company that is #1 Agent based in the United States, #1 with number of transactions, and #1 in volumn. The hat trick.

Again Cindy, congratulations. Your questions and demeanor lead me to feel very strongly your Real Estate successes are but around the corner. I am pleased to have been part of your decision making process. Thank You.

Congratulations to Rain Silverhawk who is pictured with her Keller Williams ‘Capper’ award, for 2019, at the Keller Williams Realty Coeur D’ Alene Vision Breakfast. A yearly event held to highlight agents for their past year’s achievements, as well as give insights to the direction of the Keller Wiliams Coeur D’Alene Market Center for the coming year.  To say the numbers, of not only the agents but the market center as well, were impressive would be an understatement beyond my imagination.

More than numbersthough, I am interested in expressing what Rain Silverhawk demonstrates on a daily basis. While having impressive Real Estate performance year after year she embodies the Keller Williams Culture. There to help and assist those who might need. Going the extra mile time in and time out for her clients. Working the past two years for the ALC leadership and bringing monthly meetings to Keller Williams Sandpoint without fail. Working with new, and seasoned agents alike, to grow their business. Teaching classes in Coeur D’Alene for agents to better kick start their own personal business. The list goes on and on.

Long have I respected the work of Rain Silverhawk. From our first transaction together, to when she moved to Keller Williams Sandpoint, to present. Never has she faltered. Always of the utmost in integrity, ethics, and hard work. Again I find her to embody all that Gary Keller strives for in an agent. Not only is she motivational to our office, she is all anyone could look for in a Keller Williams Realtor.

Sandpoint Lightning Storm and Color Explosion Sunset

Vicious storm cells passed up the North Idaho Panhandle last night. Hot temperatures and the cooler rain clouds made for perfect storm conditions. Just south of Bonners Ferry Idaho I passed thru a hard rain storm cell with sun breaking through and past the Selkirk Mountain Ridges. I headed to higher ground, and clear views from Highway 95. Another Sandpoint Lightning Storm was moving north towards Bonners Ferry Idaho.

With less than 2 minutes being traveled the colors were already past their most striking and vibrant colors. With the breath taking views and artist’s canvas shown in this You Tube video imagine but only a moment before.

The sky was lit in every direction as if a fire burning all of North Idaho. Looking south showed another Sandpoint Lightning storm moving north towards Bonners Ferry Idaho.

This was a breath taking few minutes with me having been in the right place at the right time. Traveling in North Idaho, at any time, without a camera can be a huge disappointment.
