Mark was great during the whole process of looking for, and finding our new home. He is very knowledgeable and he answered every question we had (we had a lot of them since we had never bought a home before). He is very easy to talk to, he made us feel very comfortable about asking any question we had. He was very accessible, I never felt that he was too busy for us. I tried to sell my home by myself for about 4-5 months, got very little activity. I decided to list it and had called another realtor, who didn’t get back to me. Mark called me out of the blue after seeing my “For Sale by Owner” sign, and luckily I listed it with him. Mark was very supportive, patient, on track, up to the present problems, offering advise basic on the facts. Even was with me when I went to the ER for bowel obstruction. Called checking on me when I refused to be hospitalized. His patience for all the obstacles I put in his way to get my house sold is way beyond the average person in this profession. The most outstanding item is the disappointment and wear on Mark when I did not go through with the real estate selling. Sure he was hurt but did not lose control over what was going on.
